What C Pay is

C Pay is the recharge and payment product of Conserworks Global LLP, a software company in Chandigarh, India. Customers use C Pay when they need to add balance to supported live streaming apps. Merchants use C Pay when they collect those payments, check proof, and release coins to the customer’s in-app user ID.

The public customer website is https://pay.conserworks.in. The merchant website is https://merchant.conserworks.in. This page on conserworks.in is not the login screen. It is an explanation of the product so families, shop owners, and reviewers can understand the service before they open the app.

Who C Pay is for

Customers are people who already use a live app that their merchant supports. They choose an amount from the merchant’s list, pay with UPI, and upload a screenshot plus a bank UTR (unique transaction reference). They wait until the merchant confirms the money arrived. They should not invent an amount that is not on the list.

Merchants are shops and operators who sell those recharges. They see new requests, open the screenshot, compare UTR and amount, and approve or reject. After approve, C Pay sends an Invoice Cum Receipt by email and reduces recharge stock. If the customer picked the wrong package, the merchant can correct app, amount, and coins on the Transactions page instead of forcing a full reject when the money is already in the account.

How C Pay sits with the Hub

Conserworks Hub at conserworks.in lists company apps: C Pay, C Mail, C Us, C Social, C Forms, C Sheet, and others. Each product has its own subdomain and its own login. Hub pages stay readable without an account. C Pay pages that need a mobile OTP live only on pay.conserworks.in. Mixing the two URLs in one sentence is intentional: Hub is the front door; C Pay is the workshop.

Conserworks also runs messaging (C Us) so merchant teams can get payment alerts. That channel is an operations tool. It does not replace the website guides. If you are lost, start here, then open the live product URL.

What C Pay is not

C Pay is not a general bank, not a wallet for random bill pay, and not a marketplace for goods. It is built around listed recharge packages, UPI proof, and merchant approval. It is not Google AdSense. Advertising on the Hub is a separate company topic; this article is about how recharge actually works for users.

C Pay is not a substitute for the live app’s own customer support. If coins did not appear inside Vone, Hotya, or another app after a C Pay approve, the merchant still owns that last-mile credit. C Pay records the payment, the user ID, and the receipt. The live app account is the destination.

India-specific habits we designed for

Most customers pay from PhonePe, Google Pay, or Paytm. Screenshots often show a 12-digit reference with spaces (Paytm “Ref No”). C Pay OCR tries to read that number. Time on the screenshot is stored when the scan works. Amounts must still match a package the merchant sells. If someone pays ₹2,000 against a ₹2,091 row, the merchant can edit the row rather than bounce the customer for a typing habit.
