Customer recharge flow
This guide is for the person who will pay. Open pay.conserworks.in on your phone. If a merchant shared a referral link, use that link so the payment goes to the correct shop. A random Google search can still work, but the last merchant link you opened is what C Pay uses to assign you.
1. Sign in
Enter your Indian mobile number and complete OTP. C Pay uses this number as your account. Keep the same number for later recharges so history stays in one place. If the site says the account is inactive for this merchant, you are on a shop that restricted this number — use the number they expect, or contact them. Do not create a second identity to bypass a restrict.
2. Choose app and amount
Select the live app (for example Vone Live or Hotya Live) and an amount from the buttons on screen. Those amounts come from the merchant’s recharge catalogue. There is no “type any rupees” box on purpose. If you need ₹2,000 and the list shows ₹2,091, pick a listed amount or ask the merchant. Paying a custom figure in Paytm that is not on the list is the most common reason requests get delayed.
If a coupon or promo changes the rupees you actually send, the page will show the payable amount in large type. Pay that number, not an old screenshot from a friend.
3. Pay with UPI
Use the UPI button or QR on the page. The payment intent includes the amount C Pay expects. If you open your UPI app separately and type a different amount, the merchant will see a mismatch. Complete the payment once. Do not send a second UPI “to be safe” — duplicate UTRs are blocked.
4. Screenshot and UTR
Upload a clear screenshot of the successful payment. C Pay tries to read the UTR and the date/time. For Paytm,
the footer often looks like 14 Aug, 10:08 PM | Ref No: 6122 0358 4247. That is twelve digits with
spaces. C Pay stores them without spaces. The UTR field must be exactly twelve digits — not eleven, not
thirteen. If OCR misses it, type the digits yourself.
Enter the in-app user ID where coins should go. A wrong user ID means coins go to the wrong live-app account even if payment is perfect. Tick consent when asked. Submit once and wait.
5. Wait for the merchant
Status starts as pending. The merchant checks the screenshot against UPI. When they approve, you should get email confirmation and an Invoice Cum Receipt. Coins are credited in the live app by the merchant’s process, not by Gmail. If you are stuck more than the time your shop promised, message them with your UTR. Do not pay again.
After you submit
You can watch status in C Pay. Pending means the shop has not accepted or rejected yet. Approved means they took the payment in C Pay; coins still depend on their recharge step. Rejected means they did not take it — read the reason if shown, then either pay correctly with a new UTR or talk to the shop. Do not argue in a second UPI transfer.
