Apply as a C Pay merchant
If you run a shop that sells live-app recharge and you want C Pay as the customer payment desk, you apply as a merchant. Customers will open pay.conserworks.in with your referral link. You will approve money on merchant.conserworks.in.
Public application form
Use the public onboarding page: merchant.conserworks.in/merchant-onboarding. That form is the official intake. Fill legal name, contact, and the documents the form lists. Upload clear files. Incomplete applications sit until you finish them. Do not email random PDFs to info@ and expect the same queue — the form is how operations files you.
What happens after you submit
Conserworks reviews the application. Approval is not instant and is not automatic for every applicant. If accepted, you receive access to the merchant portal. You then set recharge stock, UPI, and notification destinations according to the live portal (C Us / sheets as configured for your shop). New merchants should not copy another shop’s UPI.
What you will do every day
Watch Transactions, open screenshots, approve real payments, reject fakes, keep stock above the packages you sell. Read Merchant Transactions before you go live so the first customer is not your training data. Low stock alerts exist so you refill before customers see empty catalogues.
What we do not promise in this guide
This page does not guarantee approval, pricing, or settlement terms. Those are decided during onboarding. This page also does not change the onboarding form. If the form asks for a field, provide it. For Hub questions not related to becoming a merchant, use Contact.
Who should apply
Apply if you already sell live-app recharge to walk-in or referred customers and you need a structured queue: screenshot, twelve-digit UTR, approve/reject, stock, and a receipt email. C Pay is not a consumer wallet and not a generic “add any website” checkout. If you only need a personal UPI QR with no catalogue, you do not need this product.
What to prepare before the form
Have a working Indian mobile, a mailbox you check, shop identity as the form requests, and a UPI VPA that belongs to this shop. Photos should be readable: no thumb over the camera, no screenshot of a screenshot of a photocopy. If the form asks for GST or identity documents, attach those files there. Do not paste secrets (UPI PIN, banking password) into any field.
Referral links after you are live
Customers should open your C Pay referral link so assignment sticks to your shop. If they open another merchant’s link later, that shop owns the next requests. Train staff not to share a competitor’s link “because it loads faster”. Your Transactions list only shows your assigned customers.
After approval: first week checklist
Log in at merchant.conserworks.in. Confirm catalogue amounts match what you actually charge. Confirm UPI on the customer page is yours. Confirm C Us / Telegram (or whatever notifications you configured) reach a phone that is watched during shop hours. Read Merchant Transactions once before the first real customer — especially amount/coins edit versus reject. Keep stock above the packages you advertise so customers do not submit into an empty catalogue.
If the application is delayed or declined
Incomplete forms wait. Wrong documents wait. Approval is a business decision, not a Hub click. If you need a status update, use the contact path the onboarding flow gives you, or info@conserworks.in with the same mobile and legal name you submitted. Do not create a second application with a different email to “jump the queue”.
