How long does approve take?
As long as your merchant takes to open the queue. C Pay notifies their team. Night hours and festival rush are slower. If you already paid, wait with the UTR. A second payment will not speed up the first one.
I paid a different amount than the button
Tell the merchant. They can edit amount and coins on Transactions to match what actually arrived, then approve. You should still try to pay the on-screen amount next time.
UTR already used
That reference is on another pending or approved request. You cannot recycle it. If this is a genuine new payment, you must have a new UTR from a new UPI transfer.
Paytm Ref No has spaces
Type or scan all twelve digits. Spaces are removed. See UTR and screenshots.
OCR did not fill UTR
Type it. Submit still works. Crop less; include the Ref No line.
Wrong live-app user ID
If the request is still pending, contact the merchant before they approve. After approve, coins may already be aimed at the ID you typed. That is hard to undo from C Pay alone.
I picked the wrong app name
Merchant can edit App, then coins, then approve — if they agree the money is for the other app.
No email receipt
Spam folder; then ask the merchant to Resend Invoice Cum Receipt. Receipt guide.
Account inactive for this merchant
That shop restricted this mobile. Use your active number or ask them to unrestrict. Other merchants are not automatically blocked.
Where is help?
In the C Pay app, Help opens support. On the Hub, email info@conserworks.in or Contact. Include UTR, mobile, and merchant name. Never send UPI PINs.
Is this Hub the same as C Pay login?
No. conserworks.in is the company Hub. Login for recharge is pay.conserworks.in. Merchant login is merchant.conserworks.in.
Can I type any amount in UPI?
The customer page is built around listed catalogue buttons. Paying a round number that is not on the list (₹2,000 vs ₹2,091) is allowed by UPI but slows approve. The merchant can edit Amount and Coins to match what landed — they should not leave the old coin count if they only received the round figure. Next time, pay the large number on the C Pay screen.
I submitted twice with the same UTR
The second save should fail if that UTR is already on a pending or verified request. Do not invent a fake twelfth digit. Wait on the first request or ask the merchant to reject it if they will not take that payment, then submit with a new real transfer.
Will Google AdSense ads appear on C Pay login?
These Hub guides are public company pages. Product login and merchant Transactions are for doing the recharge job. Advertising, if enabled later on Conserworks properties, follows Google’s publisher rules and will not be an excuse to skip Privacy, Contact, or real articles. This FAQ is not an ads.txt file; ads.txt for pay lives on the Pay host when that site is in the program.
