C Mail
C Mail is the mailbox at https://mail.conserworks.in. Signing up creates an @conserworks.in address. That signup is for mail only. It does not open any other Conserworks product by itself, and it is not a company directory.
Sign up for @conserworks.in
On mail.conserworks.in choose Register if you do not have a mailbox yet. Complete signup and note the full address, including @conserworks.in. Sign in with that mailbox afterwards. If you already have an address, use Sign in. Forgot password resets the mailbox you name. It does not create a second address. Do not register again with a lookalike name just because the first sign-in failed.
Send a first message
Write to an inbox you can open yourself, such as a personal address, so you can see the message arrive. Put a normal subject and a sentence in the body. Send. Then open the other inbox, including its spam folder. The first test is there so you know the mailbox sends before you write to a customer.
For daily mail, check the To line before you send. The From address should be the @conserworks.in mailbox you are signed into. Sign out on a shared computer when you are done.
If mail does not arrive
- Compare the address character by character, including @conserworks.in.
- Look in spam or junk on the receiving side, not only in the inbox.
- Confirm you sent from the mailbox that is actually signed in.
- Wait a few minutes and refresh. A delay is not the same as a lost message.
- If a bounce comes back, read it. A typo or a full mailbox is the usual cause.
- If you cannot sign in, use Forgot password. Do not open a second mailbox to test.
If the message is still missing, write to info@conserworks.in from another address. Say which mailbox you used, the time you sent, and the address you sent to. C Us has its own help at us.conserworks.in/help. Mail delivery is not answered there.
