C Forms
C Forms collects answers at https://forms.conserworks.in. You build the form while signed in. People who fill a public link do not need a Hub account. This page is how those two sides fit together.
Build a form
Create a form and name it for the person filling it, not for your internal file code. Add only the questions you will use. Each question needs a short label and a clear expected answer (a name, a phone number, a yes or no, a date). If two questions ask the same thing, delete one before you share the link. A long form gets half-finished replies.
Fill the form once yourself, as if you were the respondent. Check that required questions cannot be skipped and that a phone number field does not accept an essay. Fix the form before anyone else has the link. Changing questions after real answers have arrived makes the old rows hard to read beside the new ones.
Share the public link
Copy the public link and send that. The page you use to edit questions is not the link respondents should open. Anyone with the public link can submit. Do not post it where you do not want answers from. If you need to stop replies, stop them in the form builder. Deleting your own browser tab does not close the link.
Responses in the dashboard and in C Sheet
Open the form dashboard to read submissions as they arrive. That view is the list of what people sent. When you need totals, filters, or extra columns, send the responses into a new C Sheet workbook. The new workbook is created for those answers on sheets.conserworks.in. Do the summing there. Copying answers into a chat loses the column layout.
The sheet is a copy you can work on. New responses still land in the form dashboard. If the sheet and the dashboard disagree, trust the dashboard for ’what was submitted’ and check whether the workbook was created before the latest replies. See C Sheet for formulas, filters, and cell attachments once the rows are in a workbook.
