C Notify
C Notify is the Android notification console at https://notify.conserworks.in. On the Hub it sits with internal tools, not on the public app grid. Use the console in this order so a test reaches one phone before you notify a list.
Register the app
Sign in to the console and register the app you want to send from. The registration is for that app. A notification for a different app needs its own registration. Finish this step before you add phones. A device that arrives first has nothing to attach to.
Register devices
Install or open the Android build that talks to this app, then register the device in the console. You should see that device listed against the app. If it does not appear, confirm the phone is using the same app you registered, then register the device again. Do not send to a list until at least one device is listed.
Test send
Send a test to that one device. Check the phone, not only the console. The console can accept a send while the phone is offline, in Do Not Disturb, or signed into a different app. When the test shows on the device, you can send to the other registered devices. If the test does not show, fix that device before you widen the send.
